Q: Do they allow Cigars?
They don't seem to oppose it, especially if you sit in the seating below the deck/patio area separate from others.

Q: What is the age limit?
18 to smoke Hookah, 21 to drink. Children accompanied by adults are allowed.

There is not age limit , bud if u are under 18 u have to go with someone over 21+
