I have been living out here for 7 years come May and honestly, I can say my stay here has been very pleasurable. I enjoy my neighbors, The maintenance people are always friendly and when I call they respond less than 24 hours and the office staff is very friendly, caring and welcoming. I would recommend Brittany Place Apartments

Melissa was very pleasant, professional, polite and knowledgeable of all things Brittany Place! She was very helpful with getting my renters insurance set up as well. If you are looking for a place that is affordable, pet friendly and clean. This is the place to call home! Come by and see for yourself. I applied on 10/10, and got my keys 10/17. Was delayed only because of the holiday. I was approved the same day. Fantastic staff!!!
