Don’t apply here if you’re in need of a place in less than 90 days! My family member completed an application paid the deposit the same day (You have to walk him and give them the money by the way because they don’t take it online), Told her application had to go to compliance and section 8 did not need to inspect the unit and move in in three days…HA That was a lie! My family member was informed by Joi ( Who does not like to answer the phone unless you Have a Marietta area code & claims to be the manager) strung my family member along for over 60 days!! Obviously, my family member is Over 55 years old and The way that was here is not how we treat our elders. Joi Informed the housing Authority That my family member was an mean/confused person M and the section 8 voucher that had been ported from out of state, was threatened to be revoked due to the malicious accusations made by the manager here!!! The stress, my family has endured due to this prolonged application process has caused a great deal of stress, loss of money, time possessions. This process is insane and if you don’t have patience, you won’t be moving here!!!! Unfortunately, due to the actions and process of being approved, my family member has to move back to NOTHING BECAUSE EVERYTHING WAS SOLD WITH INTENTIONS FOR FRESH RESTART TO GEORGIA!!!! I got a call from the regional manager and she informed me that she was sorry that this happened and would expedite the being returned and stated that she would like to have a phone call at 11 AM. The next day she never called never responded to any messages, voicemails or emails. This management company is a joke and has no or compassion to whom they desire to rent to. It is my sincere hope that no one has to endure anything that my family and I had to go through. Yes, we looked at another 55+ Apartment community in long, behold the same management company owns that apartment as well. Running away from Marietta is the best choice we can make due to the midconduct & demonic agenda of a nonprofessional Management team and company!! Terrible!!!

Relative sent application online 8/14/24. Emailed bank statements & requested docs 8/15/24. Paid deposit a month ago. Joi gave several move in dates. Relative gave up her AZ apartment , sold her belingings & is still without a place!! Marietta hud lady had speaker phone & Joi told vicious lies said there must be another bank statement & threatened to cancel my relative’s application. Joi said credit card balance should say paid. Relative is now homeless and drove here from out of state just to be hassled. Who is Joi’s supervisor?? VERY BAD SITUATION!!
